Ken Schwartz

Ken is an acclaimed Builder/Developer with more than 20 years of experience in the acquisition, development, and marketing of residential, commercial, and industrial properties, including single and multi-family housing, office and commercial centers, and industrial parks. He is an effective leader with a unique blend of construction, communicative, and managerial skill, supplemented by the capacity to coordinate a broad array of internal and external resources in the timely completion of projects and gain corporation of multiple decision-makers in consummating business transactions.

Richard Weissman

Mr. Weissman has significant experience in Real Estate and construction. Previous companies co-founded by Mr. Weissman have constructed and developed over 2 + million sq. ft. of prime commercial property in 200 individual US and international locations. In addition, at any one time within Mr. Weissman's construction division have been 6 project managers, 4 in-house architects, and supervised construction of up to 100 locations simultaneously, representing close to a half-million sq. ft.

For his own companies, Mr. Weissman developed a 600+ page specification book and managed all bid process projects. He completed the financing of over $500 million of construction financing, both on and off balance sheet, in over 25 states.
