At the prestigious 2006 Community Builders Awards last week at the Sheraton, Diversified Communities of Parsippany captured 2 Elite Awards of Excellence for their Riverwalk at Rahway Townhome Project.
The first award, accepted by Diversified's Riverwalk team led by Roger Hanenberg-Senior Director of Field Operations, was for Best Builder for a Townhome under $500,000. Their second award of the night was a Best Builder Award for Excellence in Model Home Design.

The CBA Awards of Excellence honors the Associations' industry professionals who have achieved excellence and success in product design, sales, and marketing. The awards are voted on by a panel of judges who included builders, realtors, financial investors, and other top industry members. They are given in conjunction with the Builders and Remodelers Association of Northern New Jersey, the Central Jersey Builders Association, and this years awards program was very competitive and well attended.
