GRAND OPENING AT L'HERMITAGE WAS A CELEBRATION FOR APEX

The Grand Opening of L'Hermitage at Beaver Creek in Apex was a resounding success. Under beautiful blue skies and a Cirque du Soleil style tent, hundreds of visitors gathered for a Ribbon Cutting ceremony for L'Hermitage's Sales Center. The day marked the official pre-construction for Phase 1 of Diversified Communities first Single Family Estate and Luxury Townhome Community in North Carolina.

Leading the Pledge Of Allegiance was Kris Bailey, recent winner of the Court Of Appeals primary, and he was joined by all, including The Apex Boy Scouts for the flag presentation. The ribbon-cutting ceremony featured members from The Apex Chamber Of Commerce, led by Chamber President Sheryl Bynum, The Apex Fire and Police Departments, the principals of Diversifed Communities, representatives from Bank Of America and Wells Fargo, Planworx Architectural firm, and the Reverend Dennis Paye who gave The Benediction.

It was a wonderful day for the children and families of Apex who enjoyed jugglers, a sorcerer, a Horse and Carriage ride, music by The Mark Underwood Group, demonstrations of fire safety by The  Apex Fire Department, and delicious food and a special cake by Donna Ford from Sweet Memories in Apex.
